After World Trade Business, Inc. (‘World Trade”), filed suit against Amit, Inc., d/b/a Comfort Inn-Atlanta Airport (“Comfort Inn”), and both parties filed motions for summary judgment, the trial court denied World Trade’s motion and granted summary judgment to Comfort Inn. World Trade appeals that judgment.
