On April 21, 1927, Edward Streeter, while engaged in his regular employment, suffered injuries which resulted in his death. These injuries were caused by the negligence of one not in the same employ, this defendant. Streeter left him surviving his widow and six children; all the children save one were under eighteen years of age.
