ROGERS, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Walter Frank Bowman challenges the sentence imposed by the district court upon the revocation of his term of supervised release. Bowman asserts that the district court erred in calculating his Sentencing Guidelines range by treating certain conduct of his as an aggravated assault, and thus a Grade A Violation of supervised release, even though he had not been charged with that crime.
