W. Clayton Blount filed a petition for processioning of land, Code Ann. Ch. 85-16, which was returned by the processioners on January 23, 1979. Raymond Holmes is an adjacent landowner, who did not file a protest within 30 days, as required by Code Ann. § 85-1609. A motion to allow an appeal in the superior court was dismissed, as was a notice of appeal from the processioner’s report in the probate court.
