Allen Dea, plaintiff below, appeals from the district court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of defendants. A former employee of the Martha’s Vineyard Airport, Dea brought this action against the airport owners and operators, namely, Dukes County, Massachusetts; the county airport commission; past and present members of both entities; a former manager of the airport; and the treasurer of Dukes County.
