Respondents Bernardo and Enrique Ko-pel seek review of the decision ofthe Third District Court of Appeal in Kopel v. Kopel, 117 So.3d 1147 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013), on the ground that it expressly and directly conflicts with a decision of this Court and other district courts of appeal on a question of law. We have jurisdiction. See Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
