The seller of condominium units (and the seller’s related representatives) appeal from an order granting the buyer’s motion for new trial on the buyer’s claims for fraud (count I) and combined claim for conversion and civil theft (count II). The seller and its representatives primarily argue that the trial court should have granted their motion for directed verdict on both counts. We agree with the seller and its representatives, and therefore reverse for entry of judgment in their favor on both counts. We also reverse for entry of judgment on the seller’s counterclaim for breach of guaranty…
