This case is presently pending before the court on defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, (doc. 17),1 and its Motion to Strike, (doc. 25). Plaintiff Nancy N. Rhodes has sued her employer, defendant Tuscaloosa Board of Education, alleging that defendant discriminated against her on the basis of her association with her disabled son and that it retaliated against her for complaining about discrimination.
