{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Sanwr Ibrahim, appeals from the trial court's decision of July 19, 2017, in which the court granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants-appellees, the City of Dayton and Officer Walter Evans of the Dayton Police Department. Presenting three assignments of error, Ibrahim argues that the trial court received insufficient evidence to support its determination that Appellees are entitled to immunity under R.C. Chapter 2744. We find that the record supports the trial court's determination, and therefore, we affirm.
