This case is here on certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals in State v. Potts, 136 Ga. App. 1 (220 SE2d 10) (1975). The state appealed to the Court of Appeals from an order entered in two criminal cases in *231Cobb Superior Court directing the Sheriff of Cobb County to surrender the defendant, Jack Howard Potts, who is in jail in Cobb County under indictments for aggravated assault, kidnapping and armed robbery, either to the Sheriff of Forsyth County or to Volusia County, Florida officials for trial first in those jurisdictions.
