Plaintiff Ruth Navon is claiming damages under state law básed on a promissory note issued by Mariculture Products Ltd. (“MPL”) in the early 1990s. MPL and Mariculture Products Corp. (“MPC”) were together part of a business venture by Gershon Navon, Ruth’s husband.
