Eclectic Investment, LLC v. Patterson

Petitioner on review, Jackson County (the county), seeks reconsideration of our opinion in Eclectic Investment, LLC v. Patterson, 357 Or 25, 346 P3d 468 (2015), in which we affirmed the Court of Appeals and trial court decisions denying the county’s common-law indemnity claim.
