(herein referred to as Reliable), appellees, in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, in which he prayed: (a) That a release dated June 4, 1945, from the appellant to appellees, may be set aside, (b) That the said release be reformed so as to apply only to the refunding of the difference between the purchase price of an automobile and the O.
