JOFFE, District Judge (Retired).

Appellant challenges his conviction for delivery of a controlled substance in violation of Wyo.Stat. § 35-7-1031(a)(ii) (1988). Finding no error in the issues he presents, we affirm.

Appellant raises the following issues for our consideration:
