William Wood, Jr., appeals from his conviction of the crime of manslaughter for which he was sentenced to five years in the Department of Correction. The appellant advances six points for reversal in which we find no merit.

On December 21,1984, the appellant’s vehicle collided with the rear of a truck driven by William Hunter with such force as to cause the truck to roll over a number of times on the highway and down an embankment into a tree.
