Christina McCormick appeals ‘from the circuit court’s judgment dismissing her petition for damages, in" which she alleged that Centerpoint Medical Center of Independence, LLC, fraudulently misrepresented that it prepared and maintained medical records for a medical procedure that McCormick underwent at the medical center.
