MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

TAMARA 0. MITCHELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

These proceedings are before the Court on the Objection to Confirmation of the Debtors’ plan of reorganization and the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by the Resolution Trust Corporation, as conservator for Altus Federal Savings Bank. Appearing at the April 20, 1993, hearing on these proceedings were Alan B. Jaffe, attorney for the Debtors, and Christopher Kern, attorney for the Resolution Trust Corporation.
