This case is brought pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of the Secretary’s final decision denying plaintiff’s claim for surviving child’s insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 402(d)(1). Both parties have filed motions for summary judgment and the matter is ripe for ruling.
