MEMORANDUM

GARRITY, District Judge.

These are companion cases in which the plaintiffs, real estate brokers residing in Massachusetts, seek to recover on alleged written contracts for employment with the defendant corporation whose real estate in Arizona they were to sell to purchasers in Massachusetts and elsewhere. The suits were commenced in the municipal court for the City of Boston by service of process on the state secretary pursuant to Mass.G.L. c. 181 § 3A, and removed to this court?.
