This adversary proceeding came before the Court upon a complaint filed by Charles W. Grant, Chapter 7 Trustee. The nineteen-count complaint seeks to determine the priority, validity and extent of liens, avoidance of hens pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 545(2), avoidance of preferential and fraudulent transfers pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547, 548 and 544(b), and preservation of hens avoided for the benefit of the estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 550 and 551.
