This is a proceeding upon a bill in equity filed by the plaintiffs against the widow of their deceased brother to establish a constructive trust in certain property deeded to the respondent, individually, by her husband and his sisters, the plaintiffs, and to compel an accounting by the respondent, as her husband’s executrix, of his accounts as assignee of a deceased brother.
