Defendants Richard R. Granger (Granger), John Cala (Cala), and David Napoli (Napoli) move for summary judgment in their favor to dismiss the complaint as asserted against them.

Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for violations of his rights under the First, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, pursuant to 42 USC § 1983.
