Two separate appeals arising out of this action are here presented for determination: (1) Plaintiff-appellant, Crofoot Lumber, Inc., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as Crofoot, appeals from a money judgment in its favor awarding damages equivalent to the stump age value of certain merchantable timber wrongfully removed from its land.
