Defendant was convicted by a jury of receiving and concealing stolen property valued in excess of $100, MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803. Defendant appeals as of right, raising six issues for our consideration. The first issue concerns defendant’s claim that the stop of his van by the police was improper. We disagree. The second issue concerns defendant’s claim that it was impermissible for the police to continue interrogating him after he invoked his right to remain silent. We find that he did not invoke his right to remain silent and, therefore, the continuation of the interrogation was permissible.…
