This matter arises under the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law (“NJWHL”), N.J.S.A. § 34:11-56a et seq. Defendant Bally’s Park Place (“Bally’s”) owns and operates Defendant Bally’s Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
