This cause involves cross appeals of Ronald Coleman and Delores June Coleman, his wife, and William K. Moody. Ronald Coleman and Delores June Coleman, his wife, were complainants in the lower court and appeal from the decree of the Chancery Court because of refusal of that court to disallow any fee in favor of William IC. Moody, and because, in the accounting, the court allowed William IC. Moody credit for pay'ments in excess of $3,500 made to Charles W.
