This is a suit at law by Terrell S. Boyd' in the circuit court seeking a declaratory judgment to the effect that the certificate of nomination issued to Jesse Daniel was-not sufficient to justify the insertion of his name as the Democratic nominee for the-office of member of the Board of Revenue of Walker County-, for that T. S. Boyd had been regularly declared by the county Democratic Executive Committee to be such nominee, and the certificate to Daniel was- void because it resulted from a contest of Boyd’s nomination by Daniel and that the contest was void because the…
