ERROR TO THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. The facts, which involve the constitutionality under the commerce and due process clauses of the Federal Constitution of a municipal ordinance of Covington, Kentucky, regulating street cars running between that city and Cincinnati, Ohio, are stated in the opinion.
