By this appeal, the appellants challenge the order of the chancery court of June 30, 1947, which set aside a default decree of February 3, 1947, and gave the original defendant an opportunity to defend the case on its merits.

Appellants (H. B. and F. D. Christopher) are the. sons and only heirs at law»of W. M. Christopher, who died on November 13, 1940. Appellee (Mattie Christopher) is the widow of W. M. Christopher, and the stepmother of appellants. On May 7, 1938, W. M. Christopher executed a deed to Mattie Christopher describing certain lands in Columbia county,…
