This was an action to abate a liquor nuisance and for a permanent injunction. Judgment was rendered for defendants and the state appeals.
The action was commenced by the state of Kansas on relation of the county attorney of Wyandotte county, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Pete Larkin, Clara Larkin, The Merchants Club, Kenneth Grigsby, John W.
