LIVAUDAIS, District Judge.
A hearing was held before this Court to determine whether the terms of the Stipulation and Agreement of Compromise and Settlement, dated November 5, 1992 (the “Settlement Agreement”), and the terms and conditions of the settlement proposed in the Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement”), and all transactions referred to therein or preparatory or incident thereto are fair, reasonable and adequate for the settlement of all claims asserted in these pending consolidated matters and the settlement of all claims to be released pursuant to the…
