This matter is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment *226pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. [Docket No. 33.] The motion seeks summary judgment on Plaintiffs claims for discrimination under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. § 10:5-12 (“NJLAD”) Plaintiff claims that she was terminated from her employment with Defendants on the basis of her race and her national origin.
