The original bill in -this cause was filed in Division One of the Chancery Court of Shelby County, by Wooldridge against McFadden to collect one-half of a real estate broker’s commission, on the allegation that complainant had furnished the defendant with the name of a prospective purchaser to whom defendant had subsequently made a sale. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the Chancery Court.
