RICHARDSON, Chief Judge.
This action is by a carrier, appellee here, for conversion of goods transported by it by truck to Washington and delivered to appellant, the consignee, at its warehouse. Appellant, it is claimed, without authority from either shipper or carrier, issued its warehouse receipt to a third party and made delivery to him. The shipment was entrusted to the carrier C.O.D. Collection was not made at the time of-delivery and the amount involved has been paid by ap-pellee.
