Plaintiff brought this petition for a declaratory judgment seeking to have declared the legal relationship between plaintiff and defendant, and more particularly its rights and obligations under an insurance policy insuring Carl H. Walton of Springfield, Mass, and the related effect of 23 V.S.A. §801 (e).
