In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraud, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Alpert, J.), dated January 7, 2000, which granted the motion of the defendants Amedeo LoPreste, Joanna LoPreste, and Carmela LoPreste pursuant to CPLR 3211 to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and granted the separate motion of the defendants Barbara Mazzitelli, Davidine LeBoyer, and Natalya Skvirsky for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
