Pending before the court is Movant Georgia HAP Administrators, Inc.’s (“GA HAP”) d/b/a National Housing Compliance (“NHC”) *695motion [Doe. 1] to quash a Fed. R. Civ. P. 45 subpoena duces tecum served by Plaintiffs.1 This is an ancillary jurisdiction discovery dispute arising out of litigation pending in the District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Sams, et al. v.
