’ HIGGINS, J.

This is an injunction suit arising out of a county seat election in Upton county held April 25, 1931. The parties will be designated as they were in the trial court.

The plaintiffs are Dave Elder, Pearl Rankin, and Rufus Windham, who sue individually as property owners, taxpayers, citizens, and voters of Upton county and in their respective official capacities as members of and constituting a majority of the members of the commissioners’ court of Upton county; also various persons who sue as property owners, taxpayers and voters of the county; also a private corporation domiciled…
