Action for damages on account of a personal injury sustained by the, plaintiff, an employee of the Director General, resulting from alleged negligence, willfulness and recklessness of the defendants, at Florence, S. C., on July 22, 1919. The case came on for trial at the summer term of the Court of common pleas at Florence before Hon. W. C. Cothran, Special Judge, and a jury.
