The complainant in this cause seeks the aid of this court in two distinct characters; — as a creditor of Ephraim and John Etchison, and also as a purchaser of a part of the tract or parcel of land called the “ Great Meadows.” In both these capacities, he seeks to affect property, which had been conveyed by his debtors, and which had been decreed to be sold for the purpose of satisfying the objects of such conveyance.
