This action was initiated by Edward L. Brown against The Farmers Mutual Insurance Association of Walker County, Georgia for recovery of fire losses under a policy of insurance issued by defendant to plaintiff, “insuring residential buildings owned by [plaintiff] and located in Dade County, Georgia.” Defendant answered plaintiff’s complaint and admitted that it issued to plaintiff an insurance policy and that the property described in the policy was destroyed by fire.
