VAN DUSEN, Circuit Judge.
Defendants Baglino, Tronco and Oran-gio were convicted, after trial to a jury, of conspiracy and concealment of stolen goods that had been moving in interstate commerce, in contravention of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 2315. The individual appeals of Tronco and Orangio, taken from the judgments of conviction entered on July 30, 1968, and of Baglino, taken from the judgment of conviction entered on August 2, 1968, were consolidated for purposes of argument and opinion.
The Government’s chief witness was a co-defendant (Warren), who had entered a plea of guilty prior to trial.…
