Presently before the Court is a petition filed by Petitioner, Richard Kennedy. On his Certificate of Naturalization, Petitioner seeks relief to amend both his name and date of birth. See Pet., ¶ 1-3, Docket Item No. 1. Respondent moves the Court to dismiss Petitioner’s request to amend his name for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
