Plaintiff appeals as of right from a decision granting summary disposition to defendants in this handicap discrimination action. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

Plaintiff is confined to a three-wheeled motorized personal vehicle known as an Amigo. She and a friend purchased tickets for a performance at defendant Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, Inc.
