Sonnesyn and Brainerd Lumber & Mercantile Company to recover possession of certain property or $8,000, the A’alue thereof. The case was tried before Snow, J., acting in place of the judge of the Sixth Judicial district,, who directed a verdict in favor of defendants. Erom an order denying plaintiff’s motion to set aside the verdict and for a neAv trial, it appealed.
