ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
This is a pro se appeal from a final decision of the District Court1 dismissing John R. Malek’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint as frivolous. Malek argues, among other things, that his Fourteenth Amendment right to due process was violated because a prison disciplinary committee refused to hear any witnesses on his behalf at his hearing and the chairman of the disciplinary committee failed to recuse himself despite knowing that Malek had assisted another inmate in filing a suit against the committee chairman.
