Overview:
In this consolidated appeal, LeeRoy B. Bostic, Jr., appeals pro se the denial of his petitions for habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 2241(e). We find the claims to be without merit and affirm the district court’s dismissals. We discuss them ad seriatim below.
Standard of Review:
