This case went to trial upon the seventh amended complaint and answer thereto. The complaint was in three counts. A nonsuit was granted all defendants 1 upon the first and third causes of action and to all of them, except Carmel Film Productions, Inc., upon the second count. Judgment was ultimately rendered against that defendant for $19,750 with interest and costs. Plaintiff appeals from the judgment of nonsuit and defendant Carmel Film Productions, Inc., appeals from the judgment against it.
