This matter is before the court on third-party defendant Gail Williamson’s (“Williamson”) motion to dismiss, ECF No. 84, and third-party defendant Shannon Homing’s (“Homing”) motion to dismiss, ECF No. 89. The court grants both motions to dismiss.
