Plaintiff, William Manella (Manella), appeals the order of the trial court finding in favor of defendant, Janice Bianchi (Bianchi), and dismissing defendant First National Bank & Trust Company of Barrington (Bank) as a defendant. Defendant Bianchi cross-appeals that portion of the court’s order finding in favor of plaintiff on her counterclaim.
